Founder & CEO
Yasser has more than 15 years of senior management roles in Telecom, Consulting, and IT services. He founded the company in 2008 and holds an MBA from London Business School.
Veenu Jain
Technical Director
Veenu has more than 15 years of advanced ITSM technology management. He has spent the last 15 years in Saudi leading some of the biggest ITSM implementations. Prior to UniKomm, Veenu was with CA ME for 12 years.
Mujeeb Khan
ITSM Consulting Manager
Mujeeb has over 15 years of ITSM consulting experience for very large companies across the ME. He holds an ITIL Expert certification and currently leads our consulting team.
